A few queries on N400 Interview

Hello All
I have my interview in NYC in a few weeks. It is a marriage based case.
I have a couple of questions:
1. I am originally from India and don't have a birth certificate. I have a letter from municipal saying my birth certificate could not be located.
I also have affidavits from my parents about my birth. However, the affidavits are from year 2002 when I applied for GC. I also have a birth certificate from Indian Embassy.
My question: Am I ok with respect to the birth certificate.
2. I have a question regarding a traffic ticket I received a month before I applied for citizenship. It was "failure to yield to pedestrians"
Do I need to tell the officer during my interview about this?

Thanks for your help

You should be ok since affidavits are legal documents which don't expire.
Did you originally disclose the ticket on the application?

I wouldn't worry about mentioning it at interview since past experiences on this board have shown that minor traffics are not used to determine moral character.
