Hi All,

I am stuck at a few questions in the N-400 application form. Please help me answer those. If they have already been asked do not bash me but instead provide me the link to the thread:

7A. How many total days did you spend outside of the United States during the past five years?

I came to US for the first time in 2005.So anytime before 2005 is obviously outside of USA. Should i write all those days there??? How do i answer this

7B. How many trips of 24 hours or more have you taken outside of the united states during the past five years?

Again I came to US for the first time in 2005 and have traveled outside of USA only once for a span of 28 days. So i don't know what to write here...

D.15 Have you ever committed a crime or offense for which you were not arrested?
D.17 Have you ever been charged with committing any crime or offense?

I have 3 traffic tickets 2 in 2006 and 1 in 2009. Took defensive driving for 1 and paid all the 3 on time. And all of them are less than 300 each. Should i Answer yes/no for these???

Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance....

I assume you are applying based on marriage to US citizen so the statutory period is reduced to the last 3 years.

You would answer NO to both since they are not considered criminal offenses (unless they were for something more serious like a DUI)
