CIBA - > A fitting farewell from your side may be to pass on your legacy to PCee
CIBA,
First of all hats off to you.
You have done incredible job of holding all the statistics together and giving people a trend/pattern to find what\'s happening to them.
Until, you did it, there was no effective system in place.
People were at mercy of AVM and there was no trend information available.
I am quiet sure it gave many people some ulcers, heart-aches and sleepless nights , reducing their efficiency and productivity.


You came and changed the dark side into a lighted one by removing the ignorance of the process.
Suddenly people started to see things better in bright light of your hard work.
It takes huge grit, determination, pursuation, love, affection and IQ to stick to this humongous task.
Well Done my friend. this will go a long way in your life and you have inspired many folks to do something on their own in life for the society.
A fitting farewell from your side is to handover your data and web site to a guy like PCeeGCee, who is showing tremendous promise, cool head and non-contraversial and non- dectating nature.

Vishnu has made wonderful comments on CIBA\'s super human work.

His suggestion to CIBA is wel-placed.

Every king has to create his thorne and PCee is a good choice.

PCee -> You may take up this assignment for next 6 months and then pass it on Apple or somebody
 
CIBA -> Think seriously on Vishnu\'s suggestion.

CIBA-> Your marvellous work needs to be preserved and continued.

It can\'t go into dust.

PCee is a good heir for you if he is agreeable for taking up this challenge.
