A# error in AP application form

Hi,

I just noticed that in my spouse's AP application, I put my A# (primary) instead of hers. She got the AP approved about 4 months ago and also used it to travel outside US and use AP to re-enter US. Do I still need to notify USCIS of the error on the application form or forget abt it?
