Hopefully, my case will go as a sigh of relief for those GC hungry expectants,

For Me & My Wife,

RD 10/31/01
Approval Date 03/03/03

These are the stumbling blocks I stepped (tripped) over,

1) I applied for I485 on a Future Emp. basis sponsored by ex-Employer
2) My EAD came in with my wife's picture, I protested ... but never
got my EAD back, although my wife got hers with her picture.
3) Our FP request notification were lost in mail for over 6 months
4) When FP was done on October '02, My FP was rejected and
had to redo it again on December '02

I had similar situation with you. I applied EAD cards for myself and my spouse. Howerver, the EAD came back with pictures in wrong place, i.e., A's name with B's picture and B's name with A's picture.

Called VSC, asked me to send card back on December of 2002 but never get back.

By the way, did you get any RFE?

Even I had a similar situatiion like you guys. My lawyer advised me to go to local INS and get it rectified. I got it within a weeks time.

I assume at the time you filed your 485, the employment offer letter was for a future job.

Was your case EB2 ?

yes mine was EB2,
and at the time of filing, it was for future employment.
