a case of Administrative Process DV 2018 in Morocco

Hi my sister has an AP , because here in Morocco they make it to person who from some cities , she conducted interview on 12 of this month and since then her situation has not changed , I want to ask is this day is the last to stop DV 2018 I mean if still AP when I enter to consular electronic application after this day that mean denial even they keep her passeport since the day of interview

If your sister’s AP is not cleared by the end of Sept. 30th, she unfortunately will not be getting a visa. They will, in that case, be sending her passport back without a visa.
