Here is my problem. I am a Green Card holder in the US. I got my GC in Jan 2002. I am engaged and to be married to a Canadian citizen in December this year. She is presently studying in Canada.
After marriage , what are my options with respect to bringing her here in the US? I would like for her to have the same options as myself. Meaning she can study or do a job or do anything she pleases with no boundation on her.
Hence what actions should I initiate right NOW.
I write to this forum as this was the only place where I was encouraged to go for Councellor Processing to India. I simply followed the discussions and got my GC in good time. I hope to have a similiar experience once again!!
