Guys,
I am on my 8th year extension now and 9th year starts from Oct'05. I see a post in Immigration-law.com today regarding visa number unavailability. Do you guys know anybody whos on 9th year extension?, what precautions do i need to take at this time?.
------------- need case details if LC pending more than 365 days or I-140 filed or approved, if I-485 filed
*** one can file 9th year H1 extension if eligible
