9th year extension can I change the employer?

Hi,
I am in 9 th year h1b extension, got my labor and 140cleared,
Labor --->(filed on march 2005)
I 140 --(got cleared in 2008 november)
I am in eb3 category

now my client is asking me to join the company , is it possible to join now. or is there any restrictions.
Please advice.

Yes you can, get the I-140 approval notice copy from the current employer and use that to get another 3 years of H-1B from your client company. Although you need to start the GC process all over again the I-140 approval will preserve your priority date.
