Congrats Swan. INS took 70 days in Ur case, I have a similar RFE, it has been 50 days since INS recd my RFE. Hopefully I shall get my approval by the end of this month.

I had contacted my congress mans office around June 12/13. When they contacted INS , they told her that all required details were available for my file, but the staff was busy with sorting the backlog mail and should wait for another 60 days. I was disappointed by this reply.But now it seems that maybe that call helped. You could try contacting your congress mans office

Case was on hold due to company name changed. Called VSC yesterday, IIO was saying decesion was made to ask more information on 26th of June. But RFE is not yet typed and mailed.

me need couple weeks to reopen my case. I don\'t count on her

Spoke to IIO. I was told that case is with officer and I have been RFE-ed. Waiting of the clerk to type up the RFE and mail it to me.
