90 days rule

I appreciate any clarification on the matter of the 90 days rule. I think I pretty much understand the timeline for eligibility and filing, however, I just wanted to double check.
Here is my info:

My PR is based on a marriage to a US citizen
I have been PR resident since 07/27/06
I have been married to my husband since 07/26/04
No absences from the United States for any period of time.

Can I file my naturalization application in May 2009 instead of waiting until July 27, 2009?
Thank you

You can apply right now since as of today we are less than 90 days away from July 27th, if your husband has been a US citizen for over three years and married with you for 3 years or more then you are good to go right away..

Good Luck
