90 Days passed -- no EAD?

Folks,

Because of the mixed responses, I am bound to raise this question in EAD designated forum. My spouse and I applied for EAD on April 10, 2003. ND is April 11, 2003 for both of us. We were issued a RFE (for photographs) in May and BCIS received both of our pictures on June 10, 2003. My EAD got approved on June 26th and I received 2 physical cards (4 business days apart from each other). My spouse's EAD case is still pending. Although she is eligible for iEAD (counting 90 days from the ND or RD), some say the 90 days clock will reset on June 10 - when they received her photographs. PLEASE SUGGEST if she should apply for iEAD in Boston.

Anyway only sure way to is to go and try at boston. People are generally moody in nature especially BCIS workers....

Thanks Jaxen, for your suggestion.

Another person (with the same situation as mine) walked into the BCIS office in Boston and had to come out unhappy because he was not issued an iEAD. It appears that 90 day clock resets from the day RFE's issued. If the receipt or online status says "if the decision or ADVICE hasn't been issued within 90 days bla, bla bla..." then RFE is considered as an advice. That means you received an advice within the 90 days period of your application. I guess the decision comes later.
