<90 days for ead to expire

Hi,

My ead is going to expire in <90 days but lawyer hadn't file the renewal yet but will do in 2- days. my i-140 is approved...so if i don't get new ead before the first ead expires and since <90 days i can't get it from local office...
Will it affect my i-485 processing or job?

Thanks

rubs - you should have your lawyer file it immediately. If you are lucky then you will mostly get it within 3 months. Otherwise you will not be able to work if it expires and your EAD is still not approved. Don;t delay anymore - all the best.
