Its been close to 90 days since I filed for an AP. Can anyone help me with what the next steps would be to obtain it? Do I obtain an Infopass letter from the local USCIS office and speak to an officer? That hasn't been very helpful for me in the past.
Any option recommendations would be helpful. Thanks.

I guess I am also in the same boat.I got this message

On November 22, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

Still I do not have my AP recieved. I talked to USCIS they told me to wait if the mail comes back to them they will repost to me again. Otherwise if it is lost in mail I have to reapply .

Hello Falcona
I had same experience for my EAD. But it was actually not 90 days,
but more than 30 days than the current processing time of USCIS.
I called up National Customer Service Number and after a week I got
the approval. It was filed at CSC.

For AP, if you need it urgently, you can go ot local office
and get an emergency AP ( according to my atty ) but you need
to demonstrate that you have an emergency. My atty told me that
most likely they will issue it on the same day if they buy your reason.

What service center is your AP filed?

good luck

I tried going to the USCIS office but that didn't help. I live in Chicago. Does anyone have any experience with writing a letter or fax? The national benefits center is Missouri for my case. Thanks.
