Hey Guys,
Just saw yesterday afternoon on the online status check that my
case has finally been approved !!

Details :
RD : 9/27
RFE issued : 25th Sept. 2002
RFE sent : 1 st Oct.
RFE recvd : 6th Oct.

RFE approved : 23 rd Oct.

EAC 02 042-xxxxx

all those waiting....your approval will be next....

Can I get passport stamped using the courtesy copy that I
will receive ?

Employment letter

(Sent pay-stubs anyway even though I was
not asked, jsut to be in the safe side).

did u change jobs??

was that the reason tax returns/w2/empl letter were asked.
Or does INS ask these even if u have not changed jobs...
 
You don't have to change jobs for this kind of RFE. I have similar RFE (Including pay stubs). I did not change jobs. I am waiting for approval
