Free at last. I received e-mails from BCIS confirming approval of 140 and 485. 140 was filed 9/26/03 and 485 was filed 11/25/03. Both were approved today under EB3.

When did you give the FP? As the case with other Sept-03 filers, you might have rcvd the FP notices in Nov/Dec-03.
ND 09/08/2003 and just waiting anxiously...after seeing all these Sept-03 approvals.. Sent a mail to FBI to make sure that they cleared the name check.
