9/12 approved eb2s on rupnet yesterday eom

guys,

if its not a concurrently filed case after sept 03 it does not matter what you look at and see in rupnet for eb2s because those cases are following standalone approval rates for 485s.

the point is we don't see concurrent approvals for eb2s like we see eb3s or even approvals for 140s as many as we see for eb3s filed in or after september 03s.

i mean you cannot compare your case if your 140 is still pending with those guys. those are guys who have filed for 485s since 2002 or even before that and most of them are getting only 485s approved right now.

so well we that is the concurrently filed eb2s are in some seperate que in which the movement is very dam slow.......

when i see an eb2 concurrently filed in september 03 or afterwards approved is when i find it encouraging.
