I am currently on 8th year extention. My company is nnow bankrupt, I guess with all this Backlog thing going on I have few questions :
1. Asuming that my petition will be denied when backlog center opens my application and asks my employer to provide relevant material to support petition. In such situation what are my options ??
2. In case of withdrawal of my petition, what is going to happen, I mean how much time do I get to wrap up things hare and move back to my country of origin ??
Please sombody answer my questions.
