Please clarify my queries.
1) I recently got my 7th year extension approved by USCIS for Company A. If I move to company B within 1 or 2 months time frame, can I get my 8th year extension applied along with my transfer of H1B/H4? Please clarify.
2) As my RIR labor is pending, what kind of documentary proof I need from Company A to company B to get my 8th year extension of H1B/H4?
3) Will the screen snap shot @ the Backlog center, would suffice?. I have my case number of the backlog center, screen snap shot of my pending case and nothing else ( i do not have any other proof like receipt of filing initial RIR with CA SWA or copy of 45-day letter notice & reply to that)?
4) Does H4 applicant (my spouse) need to be physically present while transfering H1B/H4 from Company A to Company B? I (H1B) holder will be present in USA, H4 might be present in India for vacation?
