8th Year Extension

I was working for a company A and labor has been pending for more than a year with them and then got laid off in my 7th year of H1 Visa

Found an employer B and got my H1-B transferred based on pending labor with company B which and my 7th year H1-B would expire on June 02, 2005. Now is it possible to get 8th year extension based on labor which is been pending for more than a year with company A (I know the labor is not approved with company A yet)

Also current employer has applied for LC my different state, but I can not take advantage of pending labor rule because by the end of June 02, 2005 I wouldn't have completed 365 days with this company. Is there any other ways to get 8th year extension?

Your help is greatly appreciated

Thanks

------ yes, if you have evidence that LC is pending more than 365 days or SESA or SWA reciept that shows the date of your LC filing
(I know the labor is not approved with company A yet)
--- that is good for you

------ apply 8th year based on earlier pending LC
