8Th year extension which service center

Hi we are from Ohio and we are confused where to apply. We applied for the seventh year extension last year in Nebraska service center.
Now there is a rumor that all h1 including extensions should be filed in Vermont.
Can you clarify where we should apply

All the h1 application must go to Vermont lock box, after receiving the fees it will be forwarded to appropriate service center based on your sponser business location.
