8 months waiting for waiver response

Hi All,

I was a Fulbright
I applied for the J1 Home residency waiver in July 2020 and my status is still pending. The department of the waiver has sent to my sponsors asking for their view but they have not responded to them since November. I would like to contact my sponsors but I really do not know how and what to say. I received a lottery visa and want to apply for an adjustment of status. I would appreciate it if someone directs me on how to proceed. Thank you in advance.

Did you hear from your sponsors? what is the status of your application now?
