Some first glance observation from Crazy boy’s data:

1. I-485 applications seems to be processed according to EAC # and not by PD, RD or ND or EB category. (One can derive ND from EAC #).
2. For now, it looks VSC is processing I-485 applications with EAC # 99229 (which means ND of 07/29/99).
3. Once an application is taken for processing, it is either approved or generates an RFE. Based on 7 cases, the following statistics are available:

Variable1: # of days between RFE from VSC and approval
Mean: 28 days
Median: 26 days
Std Deviation: 7 days
Mode: 22 (i.e. for most folks it took 22 days)

Variable2: # of days between RFE SENT BACK to VSC and approval
Mean: 13 days
Median: 13 days
Std Deviation: 7 days
Mode: 13 (i.e. for most folks it took 13 days)

So, it looks Bisilu Kudhire, Crazy boy, Glacier Bay and VSC should receive their approval very soon (assuming there is an order in chaos!)

Hi..

My EAC # is as follows: EAC99075xxxxx and I have not heard anything from VSC. I called them twice since June last week.

June Last week : Call back after 3 weeks
July last week : Call back after 3-4 weeks.

Still waiting.

Hi crazy boy

spoke to IIO today. He informed me that my case is " off the shelf" but was unwilling to give any further info. Asked me to call back in 8 weeks. Would\'nt comment on why cases with later dates were being approved. Has anyone discussed this situation with their lawyers?? Mine does\'nt seem to have a clue/does\'nt care. Also asked him how long has my case been "off the shelf", to which he did\'nt answer. My details
