Brief History:
Got 7th year extension from company A in July 2005 valid till July 2006.
GC applied in Nov 2003.
Got fired in august 2005.
Immediately applied H1, moved to company B, got a 7th yr H1 approved
till May 2007, based on pending GC Labor from company A. I have started
new GC with my new company, but the process has just started, it is in
the advt. stage, still need to actually apply for the perm labour.

Now the question is:
I have a MX interview appointment on Feb 8th.
I have all the other papers. My question is what are my odds with success
at MX, considering that my Labor is pending (as of September 2005)
with my ex-company? Is it advisable to take this chance? What do I answer
if they ask me the about the fact that my pending Labor is from my ex
company? I really would like to go to India.
Please advice. Please help.
