7th Yr H1B extension with I140 approved: got I797A for 1yr only

Hi,

I had my I-140 approved while filing for 7th yr extension. My employer requested for 3yrs and I-129 has been certified for 3yrs, but I-797 A has approval for 1yr only.

I'll be completing 7th yr and my employer will request for additional 3yrs based on I140 approval and retrogression.

What should I do if new I129 is approved for 3yrs & get I-797A with 1yr?

Please advice.

-------------hopefully this time you will get 3 yrs based on I140 approval... lst year your i140 was not approved when you aplied...isn't it?.......................
