7th Yr. filing before 365 days?

Quick question:

LC Priority Date: April 9th 2004
H1B 6th Yr. Expiring on: April 12th 2005

is is possible to file the 7th Year ext. before April 9th 2005 or should I wait till 9th April?

You should wait until April 9th 2005, if you file before that it will be rejected.

You should wait until April 9th 2005, if you file before that it will be rejected AND file with EVIDENCE of LC pending more than 365 days the evidence is the reciept that lawyer who filed LC gets from SWA or SESA After LC filing if you have the copy of LC filing reciept then attach the copy and wrote on the cover letter that evidence is attached and I will send the extension on 9th or 10 April with second day fedex so that it reaches USCIS before your I-94 gets expire check if 9 th or 10 april does not fall on sat/sun.

I think you should be able to apply for 7th year extn..
the only req is that when you 6 yr is over .. at that time the LC should be older than 365 days.. (and as per u that will be true)

please check with a lawyer too... but I think u should be able to apply.
