7th yr extn filing

My LC priority date is: March 6, 2002.
My LC was approved on: June 12, 2003
My I-140 approved
I-485 Pending more than 365 days.

My H1b expires on July 31, 2005. My 485 was filed in Vermont, but my application is pending Local detroit office as I live in Detroit.

1. Are the following documents ALL that is required to file for H1b 7th extension?

2. With following documents (LC from my sponsoring company) be used BY NEW company to file my H1 7th year extension?

3. Should I have to file H1 7th year extension in Nebraska? or Vermont?

Please let us know if I require to file new LCA? My understanding is that new LCA is not required, but my 485 receipt copy is suffice.

3. 485 receipt copy

-------do you mean your I-485 transfred to Local USCIS for interview?

-------------- 7th year H1 can be filed with I-485 filing reciept copy

--------------- I think NSC as you are staying or working under NSC area
