7th yr extension thru a different Company

Dear Lawyer,
I have few questions on my 7th yr extension.
My labour is filed by Company A which is pending more than 365 days now.
I am joining Company B now.
In 9 months i would be reaching my 6 yr limit in USA.
I have few questions.
Can i file my 7th yr extension now thru company B ?
During the next 9 months, if the pending labour is granted, Can i still file my 7 th yr extension thru company B.
During the next 9 months, if the pending labour is granted and used by company A for some other consultant with the same skillset, can i still file my 7 th yr extension thru company B ?

I really would appreciate, if you can answer these questions immediately.

My LC filed by Company A is pending for an year now.
I am planning to join company B , but my 6 year H1 term is expiring by September of this year. Will the 1 year extension when labor pending be applied when filing /transfering the H1 from Company B ? Please post a reply asap.
 
Labor certification is based on Employer as well as Employee's skill set. I don't think it's even possible to transfer Labor certs to Company B from Company A as Labor certs are based on Employer's job prospects and the employee's skills and the ads placed on behalf of the employer during that period.

I am certain that you have to start the Labor cert process again for Company B and since you are running out of time, I would advice that you stick with Company A.

Could you please explain me for the following type of case ?

My case is - I filled my GCs with company A and also with B.
From the both companies the date of filling of GC are more than
a year.Right now I am working in A company and I would like
to extend my 7 th year extension with A , while I am on
7 th year extension and if company A goes down can I apply
remaining peroid of 7th year extension from company B ?
