7th year Visa Stamping?

I am on 7th year extension which is going to expire on April 2005.My Labor Cert. is still pending.I am going to New Delhi in October and get my Visa Revalidated. Could 7th year be a problem in getting my visa revalidated? Please help.

If everything is OK, then 7th year should not be an issue for getting the visa.

Well, I talked to my Lawyer and she says you should have no problem, as long as you have all the paper-work.

Do you have appointment at the Consulate...which you get using ttvisa.com?

When are you leaving?...
