I have an appointment with US Consulate, Calgary on 04/12/2005 for my 7th year H1b stamping. I just have few questions regarding this and your feedback will be of great help.
1. My current H1b stamping expires on 04/22/2005. Now, if for some reason I don’t get the visa stamped in Calgary will I still be able to get back to the United States. I have appointment on 04/12/2005 and I planning on returning back to states on 04/13/2005.
2. Are we allowed to take kids inside the consulate? My wife and me will be requiring visa stamping and we have two kids who will be traveling with us.
3. Does anyone have any experience in Calgary? How long do they take to issue the visa once approved? Are there any Hotels near by the Consulate?
Any information on this will be very useful.
