7th Year, pending LC and Outsource - Urgent

Am in 7th year extension thru company "A" with pending LC. Our company "A" decided to Outsource our department to company "B". So in two months, I will be employee of "B". Want to know what are my options:

1. Can my LC be tranfered to company "B"?
2. If I get pre-approved LC from company "C", can I join that company ?
3. If LC is approved before I join "B", what are my options?
4. If LC is rejected before I join "B", can I still join "B" with new LC or "C" with pre-approved LC
5. In 7th year, if LC is rejected, can I stay till the H1B expires (May 2005) or have to leave country immediatly?



Can't think of any other option. Welcome any suggestion or solution to my predicament.

2. If I get pre-approved LC from company "C", can I join that company? Yes

3. If LC is approved before I join "B", what are my options? You can ask A to continue the process or join C

4. If LC is rejected before I join "B", can I still join "B" with new LC or "C" with pre-approved LC? In case LC is rejected, only option left is to join C, if possible.

5. In 7th year, if LC is rejected, can I stay till the H1B expires (May 2005) or have to leave country immediatly? You can't stay if/when LC is rejetced.




Can't think of any other option. Welcome any suggestion or solution to my predicament.
