7th year H1B1 for wife based on my I140

Any advice would be much appreciated:

My I-140 (EB1) was approved in June 2007. In August 2007 I applied for I485 for self and my wife. I now work on an EAD. My lawyer estimates that my I485 may get approved within 2-6 months. My wife's H1b1 expires in January 2009. With that her 6 years on H1 would have ended. Is she eligible for a 7th year extension for the H1? Her employer is willing to file papers for the 7th year H1.

Any one eligibel for 7th year h1b extention, provided the individual have their own (not derivatives) Labor Cert or I 140 pending more than 365 days.
