7th Year H1 extn

I am still waiting for my 140. Meanwhile, my H1 is expiring on 03/05. When exactly should I start the 7th year extn process. It looks like I'll have to make a trip to the home country to get the visa stamped.

Just want to plan ahead (if it;s not already late!)

File your 7th year H1. Only if you are planning to travel to India, then you have to get your H1 stamped once you receive the new H1

H1 after 140 denial

Guys,

If I apply for premium processing and get my 7th year approved, will it be revoked if my 140 gets denied in the future.
