7th year H1 extension - Urgent please

My GC labor receipt date is Feb 5 2004 and my H1 is expiring on Feb 4 2005, my question is, am I eligible to file for 7th year H1 extension(I do have my labor pending for 365 days), if yes when can I file that.

------2004 is a leap year. So your labor will be pending for more than 365 days on Feb 4 .You can apply on feb 4 2005. Ask your lawyer to send the paper work on feb 3rd by overnight Fed Ex. It will be delivered in the morning on Feb 4 2005. You can tract it using the Fed Ex tracking number.
I was in the same situation. By grace of god everything went well & my 7th year extension was approved without any problems.
