7th year extention

Hi, Which one gives me better chances for 7th year extention

1) I have labour filed by my ex-employer in jan-2004. I don't know that status.?
2) current employer filed I140 now with pre approved labour. (Nebraska service center)
3) I have filed my labour through PERM EB2 and EB3.

I will finish my 5 years 6months by end of Oct. Which one is my best bet.

Is there any one who applied for 7th year extention after 5 and 1/2 years.

1) Highly shaky - what if they have withdrawn the labor? What if it was approved but now substituted for other employee?
2) Doable - since PD probably way before your start of 5th year.
3) No, since PD not 365+ days before end of your 6th year.

I know a person who filed for labor in end of march 2003 where his h1 was expiring on may 2004. He got 7th year ext and now on 8th year. YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE ITS OVER 365 DAYS BEFORE YOU APPLY FOR YOUR EXTENSION.
