We could all send emails/letters to our senators and congresswoman/congressman regarding 7th year extensions.

Good afternoon. Till to date, INS has not even released its field guidelines regarding American Competitiveness in the 21st Century Act(AC21).
The spokeswoman for INS stated that they would be releasing the field guidelines by early June at the latest (from Reuter News Service).

"We are aiming to have field guidance on most of the provisions that
would be addressed in regulations out by the end of May or beginning of June," INS spokeswoman Eyleen Schmidt said.
But this did not happen. Could you please use your good office in order to resolve this issue.
