7th Year Extension

Hi All,

My I-94 is expiring on Jan-12th, 2006. My employer is applying for 7th yr extension in the normal processing and NOT by Premium. I am sure, the approval will not come before 12th Jan 2006. Say I get the approval in March-2006.

Will I be out of status between Jan and March.

Any idea, any suggestion is welcome. I just wanted to save the 1000 bugs which will be out of my pocket.

No. As long as you have applied before expiry and you receive the receipt. you are fine.
