7th year extension

I am on an H1 with company A and my husband is on an H1 in company B. Both our H1s finish 6 years around the same time. My husband's green card process is still in the Federal DOL stage. Can I get a 7th year extension on my H1 based on my husband?

You can't get 7th H1ext based on your husband. However, you can get your H4 based on 7th your husband's H1.

If your labor is also pending for more than 365 days then you can apply 7th H1B.
