My 6th year is coming to end in Feb 2004, Can I anyone tell me if I am eligible for 7th year extension based on following dates

Labor PD - Apr 2003
Labor Approved - July 2003
I-140 applied - Aug 2003
Also applied for I-485/EAD/AP in Aug 2003.

6th yr ending in - Feb 2004

Can I apply for 7th year extension, even though my labor or I-140 has not been pending for 365 days ?

When I searched this forum, results are confusing me more..

-------------Dear, you have filed I-140 and also I-485, just attach the I-140 filing receipt or I-485 filing receipt and file for 7th year extension before Feb 2004 or before the I-94 expiry date your H1 extension application should reach USCIS. If I am in your situation I will file in next week because Lawyer or employer can get LCA from DOL in 2-3 days it is fax back system (many employers keep LCA with them in advance so check with your employer or H.R) lawyer have to fill up form I-129 and attach the LCA and copy of I-485 filing receipt and copy of your current valid H1 approval and copy of valid I-94 (both the sides) and pay the fees to USCIS and mail the package to service center before your H1 or I-94 expiry date through FedEx or certified mail. You will get the 7th year H1 extension filing receipt (lawyer will receive it and collect it from him) you will be in valid H1 status and maintain H1 status till the date your I-140 is approved. Relax!!
Good Luck!!
