7th Year extension with new company

My H1 with current company (A) expires on June 2006. The company A applied for Labor Certificate on March 2005. If I stay in the current company I can apply for 7th Year extension with no problems.

I have an offer from another company B. What options are available for my 7th year extension.

If I join company B, Can I use Company A's GC processing and extend the H1B in company B.

If it is possible, Do I need to get some document from Company A? If so what are the documents.

If my new company B is ready to do labor substitution, Can I apply for 7th year extension?
Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, only if the company A does not withdraw your LC.

Receipt that the LC is applied (kind of a letter from DOL)

The subs is only valid for you when your I140 gets approved.
Any help would be appreciated.
