7th Year extension with an expired Labor

Hi,
Company A filed a Labor under PERM and got approved in Dec 2005. Moved Companies and my 6 Year H1 is expiring May 31st. iS there a chance to get my 7th year extension based on my Previous Labor cert which expired sometime Jan this year - 180 days from July 16th.

A H-1B extension beyond 6 years can be granted, in case a GC trail is still active ... in your case the LC expired, so the GC trail is dead. I wouldn't be optimistic (other than an errorneous approval) in such a case.
