7th year extension - Unique case

Hi,
Currently I am working for company "B" and they hold my H1.

I used to work for company "A" which had applied for my GC.
The labor which was applied through this company will probably
be pending until Dec 2003.

So using company A's pending labor can I apply for 7th year extension for a H1 i hold from company B.

any feedback at the earliest will be of great help.
regards,
VG

So can i safely assume that my 7th year extension will be approved based on the above scenario and not hurriedly process a new labor through the new company ?

also, even though i have left company "A" is the labor still valid from INS point of view?

thanks in advance,
VG

the issue is that my 6 years of h1 will be expiring in july 2003
so the only way out will be to use the labor of company "A" to
get 7th year extension

(meanwhile i will apply for labor through company "B")

so using company "A" for getting 7th year extension is vital, have such cases been approved previously.

please advise,
thanks in advance,
VG

Jaxen,
Can you please reply for the above question. I need your input
to make the right decision.

VG

if company A will give you letter stating they are willing and able to employ you after GC, then you can stay with B, extend H1B with B and still continue GC with A. GC is for future job.
