Hi all,
My labour was filed in Dec 2004 from Wyoming Service center.I do not have any proof with me that it has reached them.Neither do I know if it has reached Dallas Service center. Now the USCIS has come back to my attorney and asked for a proof that the labour is pending for more than 365 days since I have applied for 7th yr extension.
I do not get any response when I send a e-mail to h1b7yr@.... in Dallas Service center. My attorney as usual says not to worry. Is anybody in the same boat as me.Please respond really worried.

Yes I am. I am also worried very much but my attorney and employer asked me to stay cool. I have not received the snapshot though I tried from Yahoo first and then my company email acct. My attorney has sent a reg. mail and then email to nobeccontact@ and still waiting for the response. Well, I ran out of options and I have my fingers crossed. Let me know if you have any ideas.

Thanks.

Dosen't the USCIS knowwhat is happening in DOL?

Burden of proof in many things is with the applicant. I hope it was sent registered or with a tracker. (My tracker said 5/16, but the receipt date is 5/25). With the tracker I'd start my search in both directions, to original recepient and the BEC.

I am not an attorney, nor have I any education or credits in any law-capacity. My posts are a layman opinion based on experience, communication with my attorney and reading on the WWW. Laws, rules and regulations change frequently, and although my answer may have been correct at a point in time, it may now be outdated.

I'm in the same boat too.

1) No case number from CA SWA
2) No screenshot from Dallas BEC
3) No 45 day letter
4) No reply from nobeccontact yet.
