My H1-B is expiring in Dec, 2003 (the full 6 years).
I have filed for my i-140/485/765 concurrently in 03/2003.
I am using labor substitution (the approved labor that I am using was approved in 03/2000).
Question:
Can I file for a 1 year extension of my H1-B visa if I donot get my EAD and I-140 approved by December?
