I have entered US on 25th Aug 2000 and my I never been out of the country till June 20, 2005. I went to Canada and then to India and I am planning to return back around Aug 20, 2005. I already applied for my GC through my employer, but now I got a chance of having a permenant position at my client's place. If I have to join, it is impossible to file the GC in 5 days. Will the 60 days I was out of the country (canada and India) will be counted to file the GC for the 7th year extension?
Please advice.
