7th year extension from different company?

Can I get 7th year extension from different company after changing job from current employer, using AC21 (180 days rule after filing I485)?
--- Yes, you need the proof that LC for earlier company was filed 365 days before or I-140 pending or I-485 pending, (for you the I-485 filing receipt will work)

This is my situation :
Working for Company A, which applied for LC, I140 and 485
I have my I140 approval copy with
RD: Aug2002
Prioritydate: Feb 2001 (don't know what is Priority date, is this labour filing date?)
AD: Jul2003
I485 is filed concurrently with RD:Jan2003 and ND:Apr2003.
Approved EAD and AP (Not used yet)
H1B six years ending in Feb2004.
Planning to change to company B .
Questions:
1. Can I get 7th year extension from companyB, using companyA's I140 approval copy or I485 receipt?
2. Can I continue my GC with CompanyB ?
3. Can I use 180days rule ?
4. Is the 180days count start from RD or ND for I485?
5. Is that 180days rule different for concurrent filing?
Appreciated for different openions.
