7th Year Extension Denied..

My 7th year extension is denied becasue my lawyer have applied my extension well before my 365 days LC applied. My LC is applied on June 25th 2004 and my 6th year H1B expires on July 3rd 2005. My lawyer said that he is going to reapply for my extension late June this year. I like to know, since my case is denied already once, there will any problem approving my case in future when my lawyer apply for the extension ? I have a clean record all my 6 year stay in US.

------ Lawyer did a mistake
My LC is applied on June 25th 2004 and my 6th year H1B expires on July 3rd 2005. My lawyer said that he is going to reapply for my extension late June this year.
------ make sure that USCIS get your H1 extension BEFORE July3rd 2005, I think lawyer need to mail the application any day after June 24,2005
I like to know, since my case is denied already once, there will any problem approving my case in future when my lawyer apply for the extension ?
-----no problem if lawyer again file with the evidence of LC pending more than 365 days
I have a clean record all my 6 year stay in US.
