7th year ext

Hi,
This is related to a friend of mine.

He & His wife are on H1 for six years. Now he is going to apply for H1 7th year extension as his LC is pending for more than an year. So can he apply for H4 extension based on his 7th Year.

Please provide some suggestions.

Please search there and if you can't find anything (I doubt that! ), post there to get accurate responses.

If I am not mistaken he can file for 7th year extension. But as rightly mentioned above, this is the wrong place to ask these questions, since people here are more aware of AOS issues and LC's are mostly a thing of the past.

You will get much better answers in the H1 forum.

Yes you can.

Yes you can apply H4 extension as well along with your H1 extn,
I did twice,
