I currently have H1 with employer A in Texas and the six years will expire on June 30 2006. I have a prospective employer B in California who is sponsoring my green card and will be shortly applying for labor. I need to stay with employer A for one more year after June 30, 2006 to complete my training. Can I get 7th year extension with employer A in Texas while my Labor Certificate is pending with employer B in California. The two jobs are in the same profession but have different pay scales and job descriptions.

----- YES if LC filed by B or any employer is pending more than 385 days and you have the evidence of LC filing more than 365 days before you hit 6 years you can file 7th year H1
