765 Approval and Physical Card

I read following INS Online Case status for my
I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION, at VSC.

On November 15, 2002, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Processing normally takes between 60 and 90 days. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

Should it really take more than 60 days to get physical EAD or it
is just "INS Message" ?

Anybody have experience that answers following question ,
how long it really takes to get physical EAD after approval ?

No U should get yr card before 90 days.
